We love our bronze textured railing.  Materials arrived on time and our installer was able to put the railing up in a day.  Thanks for all your help with our order.  Will send pictures soon as promised.

Overall, the product is great, the service I received much less great.  I spent over $800 on the railing for my back patio.  The service issue I had is that one of the screw covers, a little part that weighs a few ounces broke as I was putting it on.  I called to order a new one and was charged $15 for this tiny part.  The part was $4 and the shipping was $11 for this 8x8x8 box when it could have been put in a padded envelope for 1/2 the price or less.  Considering I just purchased $800 worth of railing, I sure didn't feel like a valued customer.  

As for the railing the post flairs didn't come in the same shipment they arrived shortly after.  I waited a couple of weeks for good weather and completed the railing over the weekend.  The instructions are okay, not great, but with some logic they work.  Just be sure you don't break a tiny part - free shipping on the entire order, but being gouged a jacked up price on a 5 ounce part that's 1x2.5 in size definitely leaves a bad taste.
