Price Match Guarantee Terms & Conditions

  • The price match guarantee applies to advertised prices from authorized U.S. distributors and dealers. It does not apply to manufacturer direct prices, negotiated prices, auction prices, rebates, bundled promotions, or limited quantity clearance sales.
  • In general, the guarantee only applies to identical products, including: manufacturer, brand, model number, components, and warranty. In certain circumstances, we may choose, but are not required, to honor the lower price of a "similar" product.
  • Prices must be in writing and verifiable via a website, periodical, or advertisement. Price must be unrestricted and available to the general public. We reserve the right to verify that the advertised price is current and meets our terms and conditions.
  • The price that we will match is the final sale price of the item, including the product cost, shipping, and handling.
  • If the same product is available for sale at a competitor at a lower price at the time of your purchase, we will beat the competitor's price by 5%, up to $50.
  • Price matches are valid for up to 7 days from the date of purchase. If the product that you purchased from us is found at a lower price within 7 days, we will credit you the difference in price, plus an additional 5%, up to $50.

How does Signet Fence make it easier to order my fence online?

We built our online fence store from the ground up with homeowners and DIY fence beginners in mind. You don't have to be a fence expert to buy and install a great looking fence, though it may seem that way if you browse some other online fence stores. Rather than make you waste time and effort pouring through information that requires a Ph.D in fencing to understand, we use our experience to create easy to follow guides and material checklists that walk you through the buying process. And we don't hide the information either. In fact, we place links and reference sections from our fence buying guides throughout the site.

Can I place my order over the phone?

Of course. We try to make it as easy as possible to buy your fence online, but we understand that you may prefer to speak with a live person when ordering.
