Aluminum Chain Link Spring Loaded Gate Closers are perfect for residential chain link gates that use non-closing hinges like strap hinges. Each closer has two springs that stretch when you open your gate and spring back to close it behind you. Available in 2 sizes: 2" post and 2-1/2" post. Both sizes fit a 1-3/8" gate frame. Spring loaded gate closers work extremely well with butterfly latches. If you don't use some kind of latch as a gate stopper, the gate will continue to swing until it loses momentum.
Note: Hardware for the spring loaded closer is included, even though the picture above does not show it.

Instructions
Use the provided bolts to secure the post end to your chain link post with the gate framework inside the arms of the closer. For gates larger than 5' tall, we recommend using 2 gate closers, one at the top and one at the bottom of the gate.
