Bufftech Contemporary Vinyl Fence Posts are pre-routed to accept Baron, Princeton, Victorian, & Imperial fence rails. Choose the style post that you need as well as the color and height of your Baron fence, and the post will match.
- Line posts are routed on opposite sides so that you can create a continuous line of fencing. If you are creating a straight run of fencing, with no gates, then you will typically have 1 less line post than the number of fence sections. So, an 80' run of straight fencing would have 8 sections and 7 line posts.
- Corner posts are routed on perpendicular sides so that you can create a 90 degree angle in your fence.
- End Posts are routed on only 1 side, and are used to end your fence line. End posts are also used to hang gates in line with your fence. You will run your fence to the end post, install hinges on the other side, and hang your gate. The latch will go on a second end post if you are going to continue your fence run on the other side of the gate.
- Blank posts are not routed at all. They are used for special situations, like when you want to hang a gate with no fence on the other side of the gate post.
