Chain Link End Rail Clamps, which are also known as gate brace clamps and t-clamps, are designed to connect two pieces of chain link pipe in a T-formation. They are most commonly used as a replacement for end rail caps when installing chain link brace rails (mid-rail and bottom rail), but they are also used to brace chain link gates - hence the brace rail clamp name. In fact, there are multiple uses for end rail clamps: sports fencing, structure bracing, kennel bracing, and hand railing. These clamps are a cheaper alternative to more expensive pipe fittings.

Sandwich your pipe between the two pieces of the end rail clamp, and secure with the carriage bolt.
