Sent the wrong latch. Ordered 2x3 sent me wrong size. Emailed Ryan he sent me new hardware but latch itself is not for 2" gate. Emailed with pics and no response. Stuck with wrong latch now **Signet Response** Joe, you sent pictures of the hardware only that showed that it was incorrect. We sent out new hardware the next day. You didn't mention anything about the latch itself and didn't respond to the 2 emails that we sent after that asking if it was just the hardware and sending you the tracking for the correct hardware. If you received the wrong latch, we would be happy to replace it with the correct one.

this latch was so simple to install it only took about 5 minuets to do it. They look to be very sturdy and latch securely. I hope they are dog proof as my dog has got through every other latch I have tried. This latch looks like it will do the trick. Avery good product.
