Product Description
OZCO® OWT™ Laredo Sunset® Post-to-Beam Bolt Offset Connector — 2-Pack (For 6″+ Posts)
- Offset Bolt Pattern — Staggered top holes maximize spacing and bite through the beam for a robust connection
- “Third-Hand” Ledge — Integrated post ledge supports the beam while you align, mark, and fasten—safer, faster installs
- Adjusts to Beam Thickness — Interlocking top cover plate self-registers to the ledge and accommodates smooth or rough-cut beams
- Outdoor-Ready Build — Heavy 3/16″ pre-galvanized steel with black exterior powder coat; ACQ-compatible
- OWT System Match — Coordinates with the Laredo Sunset aesthetic across posts, bases, caps, and fasteners
- Two Connectors per Pack — One pack completes one post-to-beam junction (left/right)
The Laredo Sunset Post-to-Beam Bolt Offset Connector delivers the strength of through-bolting with the clean, signature LS look. The ledge base acts like an extra set of hands: set the beam on the ledge, position the offset top plate, then through-bolt for a repeatable, high-capacity connection. Built from 3/16″ galvanized steel with a durable black powder coat, it’s a go-to for pergolas, pavilions, porch roofs, and other outdoor structures using 6″ or larger posts.
Why Choose This
- Faster layout — Beam rests on the ledge so one person can align and fasten
- Reliable connection — Offset top holes spread load and reduce fastener conflicts
- Built to last — Galvanized substrate + exterior powder coat for long service life

Tighten hardware, verify alignment, and repeat on the opposite side.
Buying Guide
- Offset vs. Inline: Choose Offset to stagger top bolts; use the Laredo Sunset Bolt Inline Connector when a straight top-bolt line is preferred.
- Don’t forget fasteners: Add OWT Timber Bolts for the top holes, plus OWT Hex Cap Nuts to finish exposed faces.
- Coordinate the look: Keep extra OWT 1/4″ Timber Screws on hand for adjacent OWT brackets in the same project.
