Use this residential track bracket to connect a rolling gate’s 1-5/8″ track rail to chain link posts. Each bracket fastens with two beveled brace bands and carriage bolts (sold separately), so you can mount to a range of post sizes. The gate’s track pipe slides into the bracket’s projecting tube to create a continuous running surface for the rear steel wheel. For a clean end condition at terminal posts, trim the unused tube flush with the bracket body.

Installation
Install one bracket near the top and one near the bottom of each track post. Wrap two beveled brace bands around the post, align the bracket’s holes with the bands’ square holes, and fasten using 5/16″ × 1-1/4″ carriage bolts. Slide the 1-5/8″ track rail over the bracket’s tube(s) to form a continuous track. For an end bracket at a terminal post, cut the unused tube off flush with the bracket body before inserting the track. Check alignment so the rear gate wheel rolls smoothly along the full run.
