The LokkLatch 3 Plus is a step above the LokkLatch Regular with a lock that is keyed alike so that you can operate all of your gates with one key. It also includes the external access kit that lets you operated the gate from either side. Constructed of heavy-duty polymers and 316 stainless internal components, the LokkLatch Plus is designed to be weather and rust resistant to provide a lifetime of low maintenance operation
The LokkLatch 3 Plus can be installed on virtually any type of gate, including wood, vinyl, composite, aluminum, and steel; it is ideal for both ornamental and privacy gates. The side fixing legs provide extra strength and make for easy alignment, while the vertical and horizontal adjustment make installation easy. Only one hole needs to be drilled in the post to insert the external access kit bolt through the post and into the main latch and then the gate can be operated from either side.
