How to Get A Quote For Your Fence or Railing

Getting a quote for your fence or railing materials is quick and easy. Just send us a drawing of your proposed fence or railing layout, along with additional information like the specific fence or railing style, height, color, how many gates you need, and any other details that you think we should know, and we'll be happy to help you create your material list and provide you with a quote.  Finally, make note of any special situations, like if your fence terminates at a building, or the grade of any hills on your property.

Note: If you already have a material list, then you can skip step 1 and submit your material list in step 4 instead of a drawing.

1) Create a Drawing of Your Fence or Railing Project

We don't need anything fancy; just a simple line drawing (drawn by hand or a drawing app) is fine. We do need to know dimensions, so don't forget to let us know how many total linear feet are in each run of fencing or railing. It is also helpful to illustrate exactly where your gates will be placed, if any, along with their size.

The drawing below was created in about 5 minutes using Sketchpad, a free and easy online drawing app that lets you save both .jpeg and .pdf files.

5) Be Sure to Tell Us What Kind of Fence You Need, Plus Any Other Important Details

The more information you provide us with, the more accurate your quote will be. Some examples of the type of information that we need to know are:

  • Fence or Railing Type (Chain Link, Aluminum Fencing, Vinyl Railing, etc)
  • Pipe Size & Wire Gauge for Chain Link Fencing
  • Brand (if not chain link)
  • Color or Finish
  • Height
  • Number & Size of Gates (if not in drawing)
  • Accessories Needed
  • Special Requirements (ie. Barbed Wire, Brace & Truss Setup, Wall Brackets, etc)
