Connect your 2 x 4 wood railing rails with style and durability using the OZCO Post Base Twin Rail Saddle. This combination heavy-duty post base and two rail saddles gives you another great mounting solution for all of your outdoor wood projects. These Post Bases are designed to fit either 4 x 4 or 6 x 6 wood posts, and they are adjustable to allow for dimensional lumber tolerances. Two of the base plates have integrated rail saddles that can be used to create an inline rail or a 90-degree corner rail depending on where you place them. OZCO Rail Saddles are engineered with the correct railing placement to meet building codes.
These Ironwood Style Post Base Kits w/ Twin Rail Saddles have the rugged industrial look of cast iron, combined with the clean, modern lines of precision manufacturing.

Comparison
- Post Base Twin Rail (this item): Anchors post and captures two 2×4 rails for in-line or corner layouts.
- Post Base Single Rail: Same concept but for one 2×4 rail — ideal for ends or transitions.
- 2×4 Top Rail Saddle: Attaches a single top rail directly to a post when a base plate isn’t required at that location.
